26 Bridge
Part of the BK Venues family and featuring its original brick walls, towering wooden doors and high ceilings, this renovated former metal factory is a versatile space to hold an event. It seats around 250 people, and holds 375 for standing events. The space can be used for private events, weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, fashion shows, corporate events, and more. The renovations to this former metal factory highlight the building’s industrial past, accentuating the original brick walls, large wooden doors and magnificent high ceiling with a skylight.
DUMBO Loft
Part of the BK Venues family and built in 1891, the renovated The Dumbo Loft is an adaptable space with high ceilings, beautiful wood columns, hardwood flooring, and exposed brick walls. The loft’s large windows overlook the interior of the magnificent district of DUMBO with original cobblestone streets and expansive Manhattan Bridge archways. Brooklyn Bridge park, only a few steps away makes for tremendous photos and outdoor ceremonies. The simple brick facade, articulated by segmented openings and projecting lintels and sills, marks the Dumbo Loft as an example of the American round arch style. Additionally, the slow-burning mill construction and history make it an amazing representative of American factory architecture.
Greenpoint Loft
Part of the BK Venues family, the Greenpoint Loft is an exquisite multipurpose space/ event hall, located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Originally a pre-WWII era warehouse the venue has been restored to its original raw appearance; exposed high beam ceilings, wooden floors, and open window skylights. The Greenpoint Loft facility includes the main loft space (5000 s.f.), mezzanine level (1000 s.f.) and a rooftop that boasts a magnificent view of the Manhattan skyline overlooking the East River. The immense open floor allows for the most control over the design of your event. Ideal for art exhibitions, photo shoots, weddings or any other event that requires an extravagant blank space. Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse
Part of the BK Venues family, and built in the 1890’s, this Brooklyn landmark played a huge role in the American Industrial Revolution. Once a rope factory producing twine and oakum for the shipyards along the East River, it was also the birthplace of the famous wartime ship, the USS Monitor. The Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse boasts the original brick and wood of the era and the building facade remains untouched from the 1890s. This raw and versatile landmark was recently restored with close attention paid to the details of the past and is now prime for your future event. Based on local occupancy permits the space can hold expos, art exhibits, weddings, and more.
W Loft
Part of the BK Venues family, the Brooklyn EXPO Center is located in the thriving neighborhood of Greenpoint, Brooklyn. It is a new concept for a historical neighborhood that is now emerging as a frontier of culture in the Brooklyn scene. The Brooklyn EXPO Center is a unique physical structure with excellent access to New York City and multiple hubs of transportation including both NYC Airports. The property boasts a beautiful glass exterior and a large open floor plan that can be used in whole or can be divided to create multiple rooms or for smaller functions.
