DUMBO | 155 Water Street

DUMBO, or Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass as it’s known, is located between the Brooklyn Bridge and the Manhattan Bridge. A quick walk to the shore, and close to Brooklyn Bridge Park, this area provides beautiful views of the Manhattan sky-line and is a great neighborhood to walk around in with beautiful cobblestone streets and a relaxed atmosphere. Known as the center of the Brooklyn tech-triangle, DUMBO is home to 25% of New York City’s tech-firms, and it shows with over 500 tech-based businesses within the 10-block radius. A great place to find food and a convenience store down the street, DUMBO is a great spot to bring your business to!

I love this Green Desk location. The view is amazing. The building is filled with energetic entrepreneurs and the building managers… are wonderful. As an office tenant, I always felt that a good building manager is a make or break for me. There are several different space configurations that would fit most any budget and size requirement. There is definitely a cool factor to being in a converted warehouse building in Dumbo. The building was recently renovated and the staff are super friendly.
