  • We have been renting an office from Green Desk on 147 Prince Street for the past 4 years. It is a great location, a block away from Dekalb Avenue R/Q train station and close to Fulton Street shopping area. There are plenty of spots to go out and grab lunch or just to walk around at the Forth Green Park which is only a few blocks away… The building location is great and… the building manager is amazing! She is always accommodating, very helpful, and very easy to deal with. Even when she is busy with paper work, tours, and daily maintenance of the building I have never felt neglected by her. Green Desk is pet friendly so we don’t have to leave our furry friends at home anymore which is another plus for us.

There are quite a few parking garages in the area, it’s 1 and half blocks from the Dekalb Avenue train station, numerous bus lines, the Manhattan Bridge is 3 blocks away, the Brooklyn Bridge another 5 blocks, Metrotech is across the street…super convenient, right ?!?! …My overall experience at Green Deesk has been great all due to the Building Manager…. She has handled all of my concerns and requests with the utmost professionalism. [She] is super attentive and a customer service pro…. The building is secure with 24/7/365 access for tenants, a cool design, many options for conference rooms, bathrooms and lounge/kitchen areas.
